E60 N52B30 Turbo GTX-3076R

Hi!
I would like to share my E60 build with the N52B30 engine.
I will add more details with more images & dynocharts soon!
Engine modifications:

• N54 Cylinder head bolts
• N55 Valve springs
• Rest rebuilt with OEM parts

Fueling modifications:

• AEM 340LPH Green fuel pump
• Porsche GT2RS Bosch injectors 830cc/min at 5bar fuel pressure

Exhaust modifications:

• Prototype steel turbo manifold
• 3" Two piece stainless downpipe
• 3" Stainless exhaust with 300CPSI Racing catalytic converter (EURO4)
• 1.6" Wastegate stainless dump pipe
• Garett GTX3076-R turbocharger
• TiAl MV-R 44mm wastegate

Intake modifications:

• N54 Intake manifold
• Prototype intercooler
• 2.75" Chargepipes
• TiAl - Q 50mm blowoff valve
• Snow Performance water/meth kit

Other:

• Manual swap from AT to GS6-53BZ
• Prototype billet aluminium oil divider block
• Prototype boost / blowoff / methanol controller
• A/C delete
